Two U.S. healthcare providers drop Glaxo’s Avandia
Two U.S. pharmacy benefit managers said on Thursday they had dropped GlaxoSmithKline Plc’s (GSK.L: Quote, Profile, Research) diabetes drug Avandia from their national formularies due to safety concerns.
